When an athlete has the confidence to take ownership and put themselves in the firing line, and also has the capacity to bounce back quickly after ‘failure’ , there isn’t much that can stop this person achieving greatness with their growth mindset.
2. OUTWORK, OUTPLAY
The best athletes aren’t always those with the most talent. In fact, most of the time they are the ones who have outworked everyone else.
”All men were created equal, some just worked harder in the preseason”.
Obviously the above applies to women, adolescents and anyone who puts in the hard yards and works through pain on a regular basis.
