Meet Taela
Taela is a Counsellor, Mindset Coach and an ex-elite athlete herself winning 7 Australian championships as a Karate athlete and representing Australia multiple times.
She believes true health and peak performance is about being healthy and flourishing both on the inside and the outside, but also having flourishing positive self-image, being happy, having good relationships and a drive to be the best we can be.
Every aspect of our lives are all intertwined and linked, which is why it’s more important than ever to make sure we aren’t neglecting any areas, especially as athletes.
Taela works with any athlete from any sport. Previously she has worked with VFL teams, AFLW Players, National Team Karate Athletes, Rep Basketball Players, Soccer players, Private School Firsts Sports teams and many more.
